Our MHC-Now 10-week corporate wellness challenges create a friendly competition between local businesses to see which can achieve the highest average wellness score and win the Corporate Wellness Cup as the healthiest company in the area!

 

Challenges addresses employee physical, mental, and financial wellbeing with the goal of engaging and  and encouraging participants to focus on their own personal wellbeing for the entire duration.

​​There are individual and team competitions, grand prizes, weekly raffles, group activities and more, all built around the local community and resources in the area.

Participants will have access to My Health Coach Now™, a structured, technology-driven personal health portal, our B-Fit Mobile smart app, MealGarden Nutrition, plus local events and activities!

The Corporate Wellness Challenge is a bonified wellness program and eligible for any insurance carrier's  allowed wellness support or "wellness bucks". This enable many groups to participate in the Challenge at essentially no cost.
